National Maternal Mental Health Hotline

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline offers emotional support and resources to moms and their families before, during, and after pregnancy via phone and text. Call or text 1-833-852-6262.

Crisis Text Line

The Crisis Text Line is the first crisis hotline to operate completely via text. Its volunteers are trained to help you get out of panic mode and into a calm place. Just text from your cell anytime. and a counselor will jump right in. Text 741741. 

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

You don’t have to be suicidal to contact the Lifeline. The counselors are trained to talk you through a crisis and can connect you to local resources in your area. Call or text 988.

National Sexual Assault Hotline
